CAN I BRING MY OWN CATERER?
We try to make the planning process as easy as possible for you, which is why we work with an exclusive caterer. Kahn's Catering will truly make your event seamless from start to finish. They offer a wide variety of catering packages to choose from and are able to customize any of your selections! A tasting will be scheduled after your event is contracted.
CAN I PROVIDE MY OWN LINENS?
No, Kahn's Catering is the exclusive linen provider for our venue.
DO YOU HAVE PARKING?
Yes. We are happy to offer free parking for all our evening and weekend rentals. Please ask us about weekday event parking.
WHAT SUGGESTIONS DO YOU HAVE FOR PLACES AROUND THE BUILDING FOR MY PHOTOS?
Located in the heart of downtown Indianapolis - there are so many great places around the building to take your wedding photos! Just across the street is the War Memorial and the Veterans Memorial Plaza with beautiful fountains and trees in the park. You can't go wrong with with photos on our iconic east entry stairs. Inside the venue, our staircase is lined with beautiful stained glass windows - so no matter the weather, we have your covered for photography locations!
HOW DO I SCHEDULE A TIME TO COME LOOK AT THE VENUE?
All tours are by appointment only. Please send us a message to set up a time to visit. Please keep in mind that weekends and evenings are more difficult for us to accommodate tours due to events taking place. We can't wait to meet you!
WILL YOU HOLD A DATE?
No. We are unable to hold a date without a signed contract and non-refundable deposit.
WILL MY EVENT BE THE ONLY ONE IN THE BUILDING?
We have several floors of event space, so there is always a chance that there is another event booked on a different floor, if you didn't rent that space. We always let you know ahead of time is another event books on the same day as yours.
CAN YOU RECOMMEND OTHER VENDORS FOR ME?
Yes! We have a list of preferred vendors who we love working with. These are professionals who have been in the business many years and are familiar with our venue and our policies.
WILL OUR CEREMONY AND RECEPTION BE IN SEPARATE AREAS?
Yes. We do not "flip" spaces from ceremony to reception set up. You'll have two separate beautiful spaces for your ceremony and reception.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I RESERVE MY DATE?
We see most dates book anywhere from 10-18 months out from the event date. Contact us to ask about availability for your date!
IS VENUE INSURANCE REQUIRED TO BOOK AN EVENT?
We do require all bookings to purchase general liability insurance. We recommend contacting your insurance agent or visiting WedSafe to obtain this certificate for your event.
